Our plan is to launch the first steel Mini-Mill
in Irkutsk Region based on EAF (Electric Arc Furnace) technology for scrap melting with a target annual production capacity of
270,000-ton of steel rebars per year.
To build a modern technology steelworks industrial plant for steel rebars production to meet a high local regional market demand
To create modern production of steel scrap recycling according to established ecological and energy efficiency standards. To rise local ecological awareness. To make new step to what a sustainable regional economy should look like.
